Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI) is a communications, marketing and advertising agency. Content Track:

Are you a creative thinker? Do you keep up with political news hourly? Are you an avid user of Facebook, Snapchat, and Twitter? Do you want to learn the best way to communicate a message to an audience? The Content Track focuses on developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Excellent capabilities with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail
• Have experience writing content for social media, blogs or email
• Passion for technology, marketing and Democratic politics
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction as well as part of a team
• Understands deadlines and has strong time management and prioritization skills
• Have experience media monitoring and curating press clippings
• Knowledge of social media marketing on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Instagram, Snapchat

Preferred, but can be taught:

• Working knowledge or graphic design and video file types (jpg, gif, pdf, mov,mp4)
• Knowledge of AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube advertising
• Knowledge of content management or CRM software such as Hootsuite, WordPress, BSD Tools, etc. are a plus
• Knowledge of media buying and/or planning is a plus
• Knowledge of analytics and/or monitoring platforms such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Hootsuite
• Working knowledge of Cision or Meltwater
• Background/experience in advertising, marketing, social media, fundraising, email and/or politics
