Danny Franklin is a partner at BPI where he helps bridge the gap between traditional research and next-generation analytics and technology to strategies for clients facing the toughest challenges.
With 25 years of experience in media and politics, Danny has extensive experience in corporate reputation, technology, media, healthcare and economic issues, helping clients developing evidence-based strategies and messages that penetrate and persuade. Prior to joining BPI, he was Managing Partner at Benenson Strategy Group, where he led strategic research and message development for clients such as McDonald’s, NBC News, the NFL, Bank of America, ACLU and Pew Charitable Trusts, and was part of the Obama polling and strategy team.
Formerly a speechwriter and journalist, Danny brings more than two decades of strategic communications and message development experience in the corporate, political and advocacy sectors. He has contributed to TIME, the Washington Post, USA Today, Slate, Mother Jones and The American Prospect, and was also an editor at the Washington Monthly. He sits on the board of the Fortune Society, a New York-based organization working to support successful reentry from incarceration and promote alternatives to incarceration. A graduate of Columbia University, Danny lives in Brooklyn with his wife and children.
