Eric Reif is Media Director at Bully Pulpit Interactive, where he brings his marketing, communications, and fundraising experience to develop innovative media strategies.
Eric re-joined BPI after four years at the Democratic National Committee. As Grassroots Donor Director and Email Director, he managed one of the largest email advocacy and fundraising programs in Democratic politics and raised more money online for the DNC in 2016 than ever before in the Party’s history. Prior to that, Eric led paid media engagements for public affairs and government clients at Powell Tate/Weber Shandwick, including large-scale health care awareness campaigns for the federal Health Insurance Marketplace and state-based exchanges including Covered California and the DC Health Link.
Eric initially began his career at BPI working with some of the agency’s largest political and advocacy clients. In 2011, he helped launch President Obama’s re-election campaign online and later became Senior Digital Advertising Manager at Obama for America, where he helped lead strategy and operations for the campaign’s digital marketing program. Eric is a D.C.-area native and currently based in Washington. He graduated summa cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor’s degree in history and American culture studies.
