Senior Director, Head of Planning
Murali is the Head of Planning at Bully Pulpit Interactive where he leads brand planning and innovation for a variety of brands, non-profits and campaigns. He brings over a decade of experience transforming organizations and helping them engage their customers and constituents in imaginative, compelling ways. Prior to joining BPI, Murali served as Strategy Director at Publicis, where he drove planning and strategy for brands including Cadillac, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and LensCrafters. Before that, he led US Strategy & Planning for Hill+Knowlton Strategies, advising many of the firm’s largest clients including Target, Goldman Sachs, AT&T, Hotels.com, Lee Jeans and Coca-Cola. Murali is a published composer whose music has been performed across the country. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in music composition from New York University and a Master’s degree from Tulane University. He sits on the board of International Contemporary Ensemble.
