​Dwayne Green is a Director at Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI), where he brings over a decade of broadcast media experience to his work on strategic communications accounts.

Before joining BPI, Dwayne served as Director of Broadcast Communications for the Center for American Progress (CAP). In that role, he developed and executed an outreach strategy to highlight the center’s policy proposals on television, radio, and podcasts. He also developed and led a comprehensive media training program.

Prior to CAP, Dwayne was a longtime news producer. He worked at the national level for MSNBC, including on AM Joy and Kasie DC. He also spent several years working at local television news stations across the Southeastern United States.

A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Dwayne holds a degree in Mass Communication from Winthrop University. He lives in Washington, D.C., with his fiancé.
