Natalie is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI), where she leads our full cycle recruiting process.
This includes attracting, engaging, and hiring high-potential, skilled and exceptional talent. She is an analytically minded human resources professional with a demonstrated track record of aligning Talent Acquisition strategy with business strategy.
Natalie brings over eight years of Talent and Change Management experience. Prior to BPI, Natalie worked at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where she developed unique training and development programs, worked closely with senior leadership on process improvements, and created employee onboarding and engagement programs. Later she moved to Marymount University where she oversaw the spectrum of Talent Management including end-to-end recruiting, performance management, and leadership coaching. Committed and passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Natalie worked with leaders at Marymount University to improve recruitment strategies and practices for a more inclusive and diverse employee culture and workplace.
Natalie received her B.A. in Communications from Towson University and her Master of Public Administration from George Mason University. She is PHR certified and is from Washington, D.C.
