OneTen: Create skills-first opportunities for US talent

We helped some of the biggest names in business come together to revolutionize the U.S. talent marketplace through OneTen – a coalition of companies committed to skills-first hiring.
Steered by CEO Debbie Dyson, with Co-Chairs Ken Frazier and Ginni Rometty, OneTen has united top executives and their companies, including Fortune 100 brands like Walmart, General Motors, and Cisco, through a shared goal of unlocking career opportunities for talent without four-year degrees.
BPI worked with OneTen to create two unique campaigns: The first, “Where You Are Meant to Be,” encouraged talent to connect with potential employers through OneTen. The second, “Hire Skills, Higher Returns,” helped employers see the value of hiring skilled talent without four-year degrees.
