Tamica Luyando is a Director at BPI, where she leads the firm’s client resourcing function. In this role, she partners with client and firm leadership to align talent with business needs, sharpen staffing strategies, and drive sustainable growth across the agency. Her expertise spans the full spectrum of operational excellence, including workforce planning, capacity modeling, utilization strategy, and resource management.

Tamica is particularly energized by solving complex staffing puzzles and building the underlying systems that empower teams to deliver their best work. Prior to joining BPI, she held senior leadership roles in resource management and workforce strategy at The Lockwood Group, Edelman, Kearney & Company, and KPMG. Throughout her career, she has architected enterprise staffing models and spearheaded data-driven operational improvements for global organizations.

With over 12 years of experience, Tamica is known for helping teams scale thoughtfully while improving visibility and efficiency. She earned her degree from Northern Illinois University and holds both the SHRM-CP and Advanced Resource Management certifications. Based in the Washington, D.C. area, she is recognized for pairing strategic systems thinking with a relationship-first approach—bringing calm, clarity, and structure to fast-moving environments.
